Road Closure Planned For Frankfort

The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure that will impact U.S. 421 in Frankfort. Beginning on or after Monday, November 2, Norfolk Southern railroad crews will close U.S. 421 (Jackson Street) at the crossing located between Morrison Street and Washington Street for upgrades.

Work is anticipated to last for up to one week but is weather-dependent and subject to change. The official detour around the closure follows U.S. 421 to State Road 29 to S.R. 26 back to U.S. 421.
