Mr. Richard S. “Rick” Lenox, 80, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana. He was born in Lebanon on January 14, 1945; a son of the late Richard M. and Mary Herr (Shelby) Lenox. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his care.
