One Killed In Crash With Dump Truck In Boone County

The Boone County Sheriff's Office says a Thorntown woman has been killed in a crash between a pickup and a dump truck yesterday afternoon. They were called to County Road 500 South and State Road 39 just before 2:30 for the crash. Forty-three-year-old Nicole Spann was driving recklessly before she hit the dump truck head-on. The dump truck driver is hospitalized for his injuries.
