Josef Newgarden has earned four-point-288-million-dollars for winning his second straight Indianapolis 500 on Sunday. Indianapolis Motor Speedway says the payout includes a 440-thousand-dollar bonus for the back-to-back wins. Newgarden became the first driver to win consecutive Indianapolis 500 races since Helio Castroneves did it in 2001 and 2002. He passed Pato O'Ward in the last lap for the victory.
