Mitchell Selected As Council-at-Large Member At Caucus

   Clinton County GOP welcomes Mark Mitchell as the new Clinton County Council-at-Large member. Mitchell was caucused on Saturday by the party’s precinct committee members. Mark will serve the remainder of the term vacated by the passing of Mike Hensley.
