Man Sentenced For Criminal Recklessness

Christopher Croley, 22 of Whitestown was sentenced to three years with the DOC but two of those years will be served on probation. Croley pleaded guilty to criminal recklessness, and shooting a firearm into a building a level 5 felony.  In October of 2024 Croley and a minor fired into a victim’s apartment after an argument, police reported at the time.
