Luper Found Guilty

On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, a jury found 42-year-old Ralph W. Luper of Frankfort guilty of 8 felony charges in Clinton County Circuit Court. Luper had been arrested by Clinton County Sheriff’s Office Detective Lieutenant Dan Roudebush in November of 2023, following a 6-month investigation.

The jury deliberated less than an hour and found Luper guilty of 3 counts of Felony Level 1 Child Molestation, 3 counts of Felony Level 3 Child Seduction, 1 count of Felony Level 4 Child Molestation by Fondling or Touching, and 1 count of Felony Level 5 Child Solicitation of a Child Under 14.

Luper is scheduled to be sentenced in early August 2025.
