Lebanon Utilities Addresses Invoice Issue

Lebanon Utilities has received multiple reports from customers indicating they have not received their invoices on time. Lebanon Utilities have contacted their bill print provider, who has confirmed the date indicated on your invoice is the date the invoices are mailed, and the issue is within the postal service. Please note that Lebanon Utilities will no longer waive late fees due to postal delays. Lebanon Utilities strongly encourage customers to sign up for SmartHub, e-Bill or Auto Pay for more efficient billing & payment experience.
