Lebanon Police Investigate Traffic Fatality

On Monday, May 18, 2026, at approximately 2:10 p.m., officers from the Lebanon Police Department responded to a tactical crash with entrapment at the intersection of State Road 32 and County Road 400 West. The crash involved three vehicles; a passenger car, a semi tractor trailer, and a dump truck. This area of SR 32 was shut down for several hours during the initial investigation and removal of vehicles involved.
The driver of the dump truck was trapped and extracted from the vehicle, then transported to an Indianapolis area hospital. The driver, identified as Jaheim Miller, 22, of Louisiana, later succumbed to his injuries. The occupants of the passenger car and semi were transported to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The crash remains open and under investigation by the CRASH Team.
