Kenneth Lee Allen

Kenneth Lee Allen, 88, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born on September 7, 1937, in Whitestown, a son of the late Garold W. and Mary E. (Collenbaugh) Allen.

On September 11, 1958, he married Carole “Jayn” (Shirley) Allen in Lebanon and recently celebrated their 67th anniversary; she survives.

Kenneth graduated from Whitestown High School and spent his entire career working in the insurance market. He worked for Home Insurance, then spent 35 years with Indiana Insurance, and finished with State Auto.

He enjoyed trapshooting, collecting guns, and riding his motorcycle. Kenneth and Jayn enjoyed casino trips, auctions, and rarely were apart.

Survivors include his wife, Jayn; sons, Greg, Scott and wife, Tandi; and grandchildren, Nathan, Brennan, and Drew.

Funeral Services are planned for 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 19, 2025, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of services. Interment will follow at Hutton Cemetery in Zionsville, Indiana.
