Judy Ellen Boyland, 80, of Lebanon, Indiana passed away Monday, August 18, 2025, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on August 26, 1944, in Indianapolis; a daughter of the late Emmett and Catherine (Phelps) McDonald.
On October 25, 1963, she was married to Wilford Blaine “Bill” Boyland at the First Baptist Church in Lebanon. He preceded her in death on November 9, 2020.
Judy graduated from Pinnell High School. She has held a range of positions, with her most recent role being as a school bus driver.
Judy was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lebanon. She enjoyed traveling to Florida and going to the beach.
Survivors include her children, Blaine Eric (Amy) Boyland of Lebanon and Jennifer Annette (Timothy Oxner) Creasey of Illinois; grandchildren, Ashley (Luke) Parker of Lebanon, Geneva Creasey of Colorado, and Alisha Boyland of Lebanon; great grandchildren, Axelle, Birdie, Tillie, Koda, Aria, and Annora; and sister, Penny (Bill) Thomerson.
In addition to her parents and husband, Judy was preceded in death by a son, Blaine Aaron Boyland; granddaughter, Gabrielle Adeline Hill; and siblings, Verl Dean (Marjorie) McDonald and Delores McDonald Mayer.
Funeral Services are planned for 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Boone County Crematory has been entrusted with her cremation arrangements following services with burial of ashes at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
