Jeffrey L. Tolley

Jeffrey L. Tolley, 69, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025, at his home in Lebanon, Indiana. He was born February 20, 1956, in Lebanon; the son of Loretta Mae (Collier) Tolley and the late Marvin Leon Tolley.

He graduated from Thorntown High School in 1974. Jeff once worked for Boone County REMC, was an entertainer in Branson, Missouri and owned a bait and tackle shop in Florida. He was a jack of all trades. He recently worked as a heating and cooling technician.

He attended New Life Church in Lizton and was a co-leader at Hearts for the Homeless. Jeff enjoyed fishing, reading his Bible, spending time with family and friends, and enjoyed being with the men from his Thursday night Bible study group.

Survivors include his mother, Loretta Tolley; daughter, Nekeesha Rae (Josh) Rasmussen; grandchildren, Lillian, Jocelyn, Addelyn, Isaiah Rasmussen and Bayli Mackey; sister, Denise L. (Steve) Catron; niece, Jennifer (Kipp) Hosfield; nephew, Scott Noland; great nieces and nephews, Nathan, Elise, and Karly Hosfield and Brynn, Brandon, Simon, and Sophia Noland; as well as his beloved dog named Blue.

Funeral Services are planned for 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street in Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services. Jeff’s ashes will be buried at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon at a later date.
