First Merchants Bank Supports JCAP Program

The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank First Merchants Bank for their generous support of the Jail Chemical Addiction Program (JCAP). Their support includes a $5,000 donation to enhance program services. Beyond their financial contributions, bank volunteers provide Financial Literacy classes that help participants develop the knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions after their release.
