Fire Hits Rual Zionsville Home

At approximately 4:00 am Tuesday morning, the Zionsville Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire in the 8700 block of E 200 S in rural Zionsville. Zionsville firefighters arrived to find a fully involved garage fire. Crews were able to bring the fire under control after 30 minutes. Residents were home at the time of the fire. Zionsville Fire Department investigators are investigating the cause of the fire and estimate damage costs to exceed $200,000.  There were no injuries to firefighters, and no injuries to civilians.
