Daniel E. White

Mr. Daniel E. White, 65, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Grand Brook of Zionsville. He was born October 6, 1960, in Lebanon, a son of the late Gerald and LouAnn White. 

Daniel was raised in Thorntown, Indiana and was a graduate of Western Boone Jr./Sr. High School in 1978. He began working for Thorntown Telephone Company following graduation and was there through its existence until joining Frontier Communications, where he worked until retirement. Daniel was a longtime member of the Thorntown K of P, as well as the Lebanon Eagles. Daniel really enjoyed fishing and watching the Colts and Pacers in the “Garage Mahal.” 

Survivors include his two sons (wives), Lucas (Meghan) White and Levi (Ashley) White; four grandchildren, Porter, Roman, Lucy, and Lexi; and two brothers, Steve (Janet) White, along with their two daughters and four granddaughters, and Rick (Kate) White, along with their two daughters and one son. 

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents and his grandparents. 

Private family services will be held at a later date. Final care of Daniel has been entrusted to the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, 2400 N. Lebanon Street, Lebanon.
