On June 16, 2026, the Clinton County Sheriff's Office arrested two individuals on allegations of Child Solicitation, a Level 4 Felony under Indiana law.
Arrested were:
• Kenny Campbell, 31, of Elwood, Indiana
• Joshua Preston, 30, of Frankfort, Indiana
The Clinton County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Frankfort Police Department during this investigation and appreciates their cooperation and support.
