Clinton County Sheriff Makes Appointments

Clinton County Sheriff Bright as announced two appointments. Britt Ostler has been appointed as the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office Jail Matron and began serving in the role on May 30. Ostler brings nearly 20 years of experience from the Clinton County Auditor’s Office. Tobe Leazenby has been appointed as Chief Deputy of the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and will begin his duties on June 15. Leazenby brings 39 years of Sheriff’s Office experience from Carroll County, including eight years as the former Carroll County Sheriff and 11½ years as Chief Deputy.
