Clinton County Deputies Make Domestic Battery Arrest

The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of Andrew D. Haskell, of Forest, Indiana, following an investigation into allegations of domestic battery involving two minors.

As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Haskell. On September 10, 2026, deputies with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Haskell on the outstanding warrant.

Haskell has been charged with two counts of Domestic Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury to a Minor, Level 5 Felony. Haskell was transported to the Clinton County Jail, where he is currently being held on a $1,200 bond.
