Burglar’s Shoe Prints In Snow Results In Quick Arrest

On January 24, 2026, Frankfort Police Officers were dispatched to the 4400 block of west Jackson St for a burglary. Multiple items were reported stolen.

Officers followed shoe prints in the snow to another house. Following a search warrant request, the items were located. The suspect, 49-year-old Michael Fosnight was arrested and transported to jail.

Fosnight was out on bond for two prior arrests. He was arrested in 2024 by FPD Narcotics Detectives for Dealing Methamphetamine. He was arrested in Boone County in 2025 for Dealing Methamphetamine. Both cases are still pending.
