Boone County Plans For Roundabout

   A roundabout for the intersection at 300 South and 975 East in Zionsville has been approved. The Boone County Commissioners voted to have USI Consultants develop plans for the roundabout in rural Zionsville.  It took four years for Boone County to win funding for the roundabout project through Indiana’s Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant. The county received $584,000 in state and federal funding for the project. Construction is not expected to begin until 2031.
