Boone County Commissioners To Consider Auditor Resolution November 2

The Boone County Board of Commissioners will consider the previously tabled Resolution Approving the Filing of a Petition to the Boone County Courts to Litigate the Removal of the Boone County Auditor from Office at its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 9 a.m. in the Connie Lamar Room.

If approved by the Commissioners, the Boone County Council will consider the resolution at a special meeting scheduled for 9:30 a.m. that morning.
