Bicyclist Hit, Killed By Car Being Driven By Juvenile

An investigation is underway after a juvenile boy driving a car hit a bicyclist. The incident happened in Frankfort Friday evening. A man who was struck while bicycling was pronounced dead at the scene. The Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Office says a juvenile was behind the wheel when the crash occurred.
