Abraham Ross “Abe” Zell

Abraham Ross “Abe” Zell was born February 5, 1953 in Kokomo, Indiana to Donald and Kathryn Zell. Abe passed June 5, 2025.

Abe was a retired teamster after driving for Schneider Transport and Frito Lay.

He and Wanda had two sons, Harry (Terri) Zell and Joshua (Emily) Zell; two grandchildren, Taylor and J.J. Zell; and two great grandchildren, Roman and Sally Rose. Abe is also survived by his brothers, Ron, Dan (Rosie), and Tim Zell and sisters, Donna Wolfe and Julie (Harry) Clanton.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at The Waters of Lebanon for the exceptional care they provided to Abe.

Funeral Services are planned for 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana. Pastor Marcy Patrick will be officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. Abe will be inurned in the columbarium at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon at a later date.
