3 New Officers Join The WMPD

Please join WMPD in welcoming their three newest officers to the team: Officer Josh Morgan, Officer Derrick Sanon, and Officer Victoria Simmons. The three will complete a multi‑week Patrol School that covers a wide range of law enforcement disciplines, including report writing, defensive tactics, physical fitness, Taser certification, firearms training, emergency vehicle operations, close‑quarter battle/tactics, and more.

Following Patrol School, they will continue their journey through our Field Training Program, gaining hands‑on experience while serving our community.
