Zionsville Man Arrested For Investment Fraud

Kirk Crossen, 55, of Zionsville was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with felony counts of theft of property, investment fraud, fraud/deceit in the offer, sale or purchase of a security and for being an unregistered investment advisor, according to court documents. The charges stem from incidents in 2024 where Crossen allegedly acted as a financial advisor for a friend. An initial hearing for Crossen was set for Jan. 23 in front of Superior Court I Judge Matthew Kincaid.
