Reisinger Found Guilty Of Battery And Other Charges

A Lebanon woman was found guilty after she assaulted multiple jail corrections officers inside of the Boone County Jail. Kristy Reisinger, 47, was found guilty of the following charges:

Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury to a Public Safety Official, a Level 5 Felony,

Disarming a Law Enforcement Officer, a Level 5 Felony,

Resisting Law Enforcement, a Class A Misdemeanor.

According to the Boone County Prosecutor’s Office, Reisinger was biting officers, fighting officers, and resisting their attempts to maintain control.
