The City of Lebanon Utility Board will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, in the City Council Chambers of the Lebanon Municipal Building, 401 S. Meridian St., Lebanon. 
Preceding the meeting will be an informational open house at 4 p.m. Lebanon Utilities’ engineering consultant, Butler Fairman & Seufert, will present at the public hearing on the proposed Wholesale Water Supply Program that includes improvements to the Lebanon Utilities Water System to better serve the needs of existing customers and accommodate future development.
