The Lebanon Police Department is pleased to announce the implementation of Frontline Pro-Standards Tracker. This system will assist in tracking employee trends, identifying training needs, provide early intervention to help identify personnel that may benefit from health and wellness resources, provide alerts to supervisors when a report is filed and provide detailed data for annual reports.
Through program modules that include use of force, vehicle pursuit management, conduct, wellness, officer compliments and officer complaints, Police Supervisors will have the ability to receive notifications, monitor the progress of reports through the chain of command and make informed decisions based on real time data.
Members of the public will have the ability to submit compliments and complaints at any time through a dedicated link on our website or by using a recently installed kiosk in the Lebanon Police Department lobby. This kiosk may also be used to request case reports and crash reports.
