JCAP Announces Graduates

The Clinton County Sheriffs Department announced the latest graduates in their third group of JCAP, (Jail Chemical Addiction Program) participants in a ceremony including facilitators, family, staff and volunteers.

These men have completed 12 weeks of life skills, evidence-based and faith-based programming to include matrix, MRT, life skills, financial literacy, anger management, communications, parenting, etc...

These men have been given the tools and resources to continue being successful in their recoveries.
