Harris Recognized For 30 Years Of Service

Chief Deputy Beard of the Boone County Sheriff's Department presented Sheriff Harris with his 30-year crystal, marking three decades of dedicated service to Boone County. Sheriff Harris was hired under Sheriff Ern Hudson.

Hired on January 16, 1995, Sheriff Harris has served in numerous leadership roles, including:

 Deputy

 Sergeant

 Captain

 Major

 Colonel

 Chief Deputy

His commitment to excellence extended to the Special Response Team (SRT), where he served as both Assistant Team Commander and Commander.
