Data Center On Lebanon Plan Commission Agenda

Tonight, the Lebanon Plan Commission will consider a request from ORLA, LLC for Development Plan approval for a 1500-acre data center campus. The property is located at 3602 W State Road 32. The subject property is Zoned LEAP. The Plan Commission will also consider a request for vacation of public rights-of-way including a portion of County Road 325 West from State Road 32 north to Deer Creek and a portion of County Road 400 West from State Road 32 north to County Road 200 North. The petitioner is seeking to vacate these portions of right of-way to accommodate the proposed future development of 1500 acres for a data center campus at 3602 W State Road 32. The application was made by ORLA LLC, the adjacent property owner. The subject property is Zoned LEAP. Tonight's meeting will start at 7:00 pm in the John Lasley Council Chambers.
