Clinton County Officer Involved Shooting Update

The suspect from the officer involved shooting with the Kirklin Deputy Town Marshals has been taken into custody. An arrest warrant was issued out of Clinton County, and on the evening of December 4, 2025, the suspect was released from an Indianapolis area hospital. He was immediately taken into custody by the Indiana State Police on the active warrant without incident and transported to the Clinton County Jail.
Arrested and charged:
- Jehrome Bowens, 29, Indianapolis
1. Attempted Murder, Level 1 Felony (three counts)
2. Battery by Means of a Deadly Weapon, Level 5 Felony (three counts)
3. Theft, Level 5 Felony
4. Unlawful Carrying of a Handgun, Level 5 Felony
