The City of Frankfort has addressed new citations following an inspection that was conducted at its TPA Park by the United States Department of Agriculture.
According to a news release, a new USDA inspector has cited the park for violations related to the facility’s animal care protocols. In the release, the City of Frankfort said it has worked to overhaul its incident reporting system and provide more in-depth animal inspections. The city noted that different inspectors interpret USDA regulations differently, leading to “varying perspectives and recommendations.”
