Boone County Cancer Society Has A Successful Event

  The Boone County Cancer Society was able to raise $5,000 dollars from their Cruisin’ For A Cause Fundraiser Saturday, June 14. Even with the rain the Cancer Society was happy with the money raised. All the money raised will stay in Boone County. A special thankyou goes out to Joel McWaters, Riley Bennett with Triple B Catering, Suzanne Hough, Shon Hough, Don Kenna, Ronnie Smith, and Chris Northcutt who volunteered their time and resources, running their food trucks in the park and donating all proceeds to the Boone County Cancer Society.
