Mr. Terry Lee Hale, 73, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at his home surrounded by family. He was born March 12, 1953, in Lebanon, a son of the late Clifford and Patricia (Lewis) Hale. Terry married Marolyn Ray in 1974 and she survives. Terry worked as the Park Superintendent for the Lebanon Parks Department for several years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, along with woodcarving. Terry also enjoyed old cars and motorcycles and attending car shows. Survivors

The Clinton County EMS are proud to announce that Paramedic Josh Halstead is now a Board-Certified Critical Care Paramedic (CCP-C) through the International Board of Specialty Certification (IBSC). The CCP-C is an international board certification and one of the most respected credentials in critical care transport medicine. The exam is known for its rigor and low pass rates, meaning only a small percentage of paramedics nationwide ever earn this designation.
