James Roger Garland, 83, of Lebanon Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. He was born July 29, 1943, in Carrolton, Illinois, to the late Melvin D. and Margaret L. (Mulberry) Garland. On April 28, 1984, he married Patricia Ann (Mullikin) Garland in Lebanon; she survives.
