(Eames) Wells and stepfather, James Wells. On November 25, 1995, she married Harold V. Smith in Lebanon, and he preceded her in death. Phyllis worked in the cafeterias of the Lebanon and Paoli school systems. She enjoyed sewing and gardening, but above all, she treasured the time she spent with her beloved family. S
