David Lee Woodard lived a life following Jesus Christ and on Saturday, July 11, 2026, one day after his 91st birthday, he went to his heavenly home to be with Him. Kevin Eugene Weaver, 60, of Thorntown, Indiana passed away Wednesday morning, July 8, 2026, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Lebanon on April 15, 1966, a son of Betty Sue (McBride) Weaver and the late Richard L. Weaver. Kevin attended Lebanon High School. He married Sheila K. The Lebanon Fire Department would like to welcome Mike Francis to the role of Civilian Fire Inspector. Mike graduated from Purdue University in 1985. He began his public safety career at the West Lafayette Police Department the same year. Mike retired as a Captain after 32 years of service. Following his time as a police officer Mike joined the State Fire Marshal's office and served for eight years as a Fire Inspector.
