Medicine Collection Bin Removed From Whitestown Municipal Complex

   The Boone County Solid Waste Management District report due to the continued misuse of the medicine collection bin located at the Whitestown Municipal Complex, the bin is being removed, effective immediately.  According to the district, every attempt was made to educate and offer an alternative to properly disposing of needles. A list on how to properly dispose of needles is available from the Boone County Health Department .
